I have been working with babies, toddlers and children since I was 18! I have worked as a Behavioral Therapist for kids under the spectrum and currently working in LAUSD as a Teacher assistant/ special education assistant! I can play and do any activities necessary to entertain children of all ages. I will be getting my AA in early childhood education this year and I would love to continue working with kids as long as I am able.

I currently have 8 months of professional experience working with children. My favorite part of working with children is being able to embrace my inner child by playing games, dancing, creating art etc. I also love getting to know the different little personalities of each child. My ultimate goal with being in the field child care is becoming a teacher in the future!

I am an artist/poet born and raised in the San Fernando Valley. I grew up as the second eldest so I did a lot of babysitting growing up and that instilled in me a lifelong love for kids. It was natural for me to become a Girl Scout leader as soon as I turned 18 before transitioning to working in school settings. I've also been helping to raise my autistic nephew these past few years which has opened a whole new world into what great childcare really means for all types of children. They are wonderful and I truly feel like it's privilege to be able to be the type of adult all children deserve to have around; one is kind, compassionate, and will always lead with their best interests in mind.
When I'm not helping with children you'll most likely find me reading a book, visiting the library, or toiling away at the latest poem that's been eating away at my brain. Maybe, in the next few years, you'll even see my name printed on the front cover of a book.
